The Russian teacher Anna Markova who has run a presentation about the Russian cultural traditions, looked a proper Russian beauty in her colourful folk dress and Russian headdress "kokoshnik". She also gave the audience a master-class on Russian language.

The Art teacher has been doing Russian balalika-origami with children and adults, and the Dance teacher was not only doing a work-shop on Russian dance, but also gave a wonderful performance of a few traditional folk dances.

Russian Festival at the Redditch library was a true success and ended with the traditional Russian treats enjoyed by children and adults.
